Key personnel for E&S
Environmental Chemistry, Inc. are highlighted below. Additional staff provide technical and
field support services for many facets of E&S operations.
Timothy
Sullivan, Ph.D., Biological Scientist/Environmental Chemist. Tim has more than 25 years of professional experience in regional
environmental assessment, water quality, model testing, and environmental
education, including 20 years of project management experience. He is the
president and principal scientist for E&S Environmental Chemistry, Inc. and
president of E&S Environmental Restoration, Inc. Dr. Sullivan has published
more than 60 peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and reports in environmental
chemistry and biology.
Richard
Raymond, Ph.D., Environmental Scientist. Richard has over 25
years of professional experience in education, research, and consulting,
including 20 years of project management experience in applied environmental and
watershed studies. His expertise includes hydropower relicensing; development
and execution of local, regional, and national water quality monitoring
programs; environmental assessment; bioassay testing; and NPDES permit
compliance studies. He has more than 50 publications including peer-reviewed
articles, technical papers, and consultant reports.
Kai
Snyder, M.S., Resource Specialist. Kai is a forest
ecologist and GIS specialist who has experience in stream geomorphology and
hillslope processes. He has over 10 years of experience using GIS for natural
resource analyses, including 8 watershed assessments in the state of Oregon.
Recently, he served as technical coordinator for two watershed assessments in
the Oregon Coast Range and one in the Willamette Valley/Cascade Mountains.
Deian
Moore, B.S., Ecological Technician. Deian has over 10 years of field experience ranging from anadromous fish and amphibian population
surveys to riparian and forest ecology studies. In addition to her
ecological/biological experience, she is a graphics specialist providing E &
S with presentation, report, and cover art services. Currently, Deian is
working on a variety of environmental assessments researching, analyzing, and
preparing graphical outputs as well as creating GIS maps and overlays for environmental reports.
