Hydropower Relicensing Documents

Licensing Documents – Documents are prepared to the specifications of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in support of Draft and Final License applications.  These include License Application Appendix E, Environmental Conditions, and applications to state water quality agencies for certification under Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act.  

E&S scientists have prepared or assisted with numerous relicensing documents.  The following lists some of the clients and relicensing projects we have been a part of:

  • North Umpqua Project, FERC 1927, 185 MW, North Umpqua River, Oregon
  • Klamath Project, FERC No. 2082, 151 MW, Klamath River, Oregon and California
  • Pelton Round Butte Project, FERC No. 2030, 400 MW, Deschutes River, Oregon
